Day 01 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
New Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, on day 1 of the Footsteps of Buddha tour, a very warm and traditional welcome is given to you by the Holidaypoints representative. He would escort you to the hotel where you check in and stay overnight. 

Day 02 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Agra
On the 2nd day of the tour, drive to the railway station to board a train for Agra. On your arrival in Agra, check in at a hotel with assistance from Holidaypoints staff. Later in the day set out on for an excursion to Fatehpur Sikri. Also visit the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort in the evening and come back to the hotel in Agra for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 03 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Varanasi
Wake up in the morning, and move to the airport, to board a flight for Varanasi and check in to a hotel. Leave for an excursion to Sarnath and come back to the hotel in Varanasi for an overnight stay.

Day 04 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Varanasi - Bodhgaya
Early in the morning proceed to enjoy a boat ride on the river Ganges. Later in the day visit the Benaras Hindu University and the Bharat Mata Temple. Drive to Bodhgaya in the afternoon. On arrival check in to a hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure and stay overnight at the hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 05 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Bodhgaya
On 5th day the Holidaypoints staff would take you to visit the Mahabodhi Temple, the great Bodhi tree and other tourist attractions. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 06 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Patna
Post breakfast on day 6, Buddha footsteps drive to Patna visiting the ruins of the Nalanda University and the Peace Pagoda at Rajgir en route. On arrival at Patna check in to a hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 07 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Kushinagar - Vaishali
In the morning, drive to Kushinagar via Vaishali. On arrival check in to a hotel at Kushinagar. Visit the Mahaparinirvana temple and Ramabhar Stupa and return back to the hotel in Kushinagar for an overnight stay.  

Day 08 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Lumbini
On the 8th day of the Buddha footsteps tour proceed on a morning drive to Lumbini, Nepal. On arrival at Lumbini, check in to a designated hotel with assistance and set out on afternoon visits to the Mayadevi temple, stupas and the Ashokan Pillar. Stay overnight at the hotel in Lumbini.

Day 09 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Kapilvastu
After a hearty breakfast drive to Balrampur visiting Kapilvastu on the way. Spend the evening at leisure and stay overnight at the hotel in Balrampur.

Day 10 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
Lucknow
Post breakfast drive to Lucknow en route visit Saravasti. On arrival at Lucknow, transfer to the railway station to board a train for Delhi. Spend overnight on train.

Day 11 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
New Delhi
With assistance from the Holidayspoints staff get transferred to the hotel. Proceed for the sightseeing of Delhi, exploring the Red Fort, Humayun's Tomb, Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Chandni Chowk, Rashtrapati Bhawan and other tour destinations. Stay overnight at the hotel in Delhi and relax.

Day 12 of Footsteps of Buddha Tour
New Delhi
On the last day of the Buddha footsteps tour proceed to the International Airport to fly back to your intended destination with longlasting memories of the tour to cherish.
