Day 01 : Welcome to India! Holiday Points staff will lodge you to your pre-booked hotel accommodation on day one of your The Heart of India Tour.

Day 02 : DELHI
Visit the prominent landmarks of Old and New Delhi like Qutab Minar, Red Fort, Humayun Tomb, Lotus Temple, President House and India Gate. While Old Delhi has several landmarks which date back to Mogul era, New Delhi is relatively new and was founded by British during 20th century. In all, Delhi is a melting pot of traditional and modern lifestyle. The city has all modern amenities in its hotels and is well connected with international flights, railways and road networks.

Day 03 : AGRA
Proceed to world famous monument of love – the Taj Mahal in the morning on third day of your Heart of India Tour. The mausoleum was recently included in the list of Seven Wonders of the World by UNESCO. The monument is a perfect example of Mogul architecture in India. Visit tomb of Itmad Ud Daullah in the evening, which is also known as Baby Taj.

Day 04 : AGRA - GWALIOR
Proceed to Gwalior after breakfast. Visit the fifth century Temple of the Sun, churches and mosques. The majestic Gwalior Fort still stands tall in the backdrop of rising city skyline.

Day 05 : GWALIOR - JHANSI - KHAJURAHO
Board train for Jhansi in the morning. Reach Khajuraho in late evening. Retire to your hotel room and relax.

Day 06 : KHAJURAHO
Admire the world famous Khajuraho temples which are dedicated to womanhood and the celebrations of women. The temples have several erotic figures of women indulging in sexual activities. This shows that ancient Indians regarded sex as an integral part of human life and gave respect to the powers of woman and womanhood.

Day 07 : KHAJURAHO - 0RCHA
Move to Orcha after breakfast. Proceed for sightseeing of palaces, temples and lodges. The palaces of the region are known for their architectural excellence. Its temples are flooded with faithfuls on ceremonial occasions and festivals.

Day 08 : Bhopal
Proceed to Bhopal in the morning. Take a short city tour of Bhopal and explore its local markets and the lifestyle of the locals.

Day 09 : BHOPAL
Take morning excursion to Sanchi Stupa, built by Emperor Ashoka in second century BC on ninth day of your Heart of India Tour. The stupa is a wonderful example of Mauryan and Buddhist architecture. Its awesome dome gives the message of enlightened thinking which Buddha preached throughout his life.

Day 10 : BHOPAL - INDORE
Depart to Indore en route to Ujjain, a pilgrimage center of Hindus. Majestic Ujjain temples are favourite stop point for Hindu pilgrims. Thousands visit these temples every day to seek blessings of the gods. Do not forget to see Fortune Land Mark.

Day 11 : INDORE
Admire the architecture and artwork of Kanchi Mandir and Jain Temple of Mirrors. The temples are built in traditional Hindu architectural style are depict wonderful figures of gods and goddesses. View the worshipping ceremonies of the temples.

Day 12 : INDORE - DHAR (MANDU)
Proceed to Dhar by road. Visit Omkareshwar Temple and Jhira Bagh Palace en route. Have a feel of the lifestyle of the royals when you walk through the narrow walkways of the palace.

Day 13 : DHAR (MANDU)
Enjoy an excursion to Vindhya Hills. The picturesque hills are rich in vegetation and you may find several new species of plants, birds, animals and herbs in it during your excursion. Also see palaces, canals and mosques of Dhar which are equally popular among the tourists.

Day 14 : DHAR - INDORE - MUMBAI
Take rest in the morning. Take flight to Mumbai from Indore.
Note: : For Desert India tour, you will need to travel Rajasthan. The state has several deserts in Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Barmer. Enjoy camel safari in the deserts during your Desert India tour.

Day 15 : MUMBAI - HOME
Take early morning flight to your home.
