Day 01 of Kerala Tour Packages
Cochin
Holidays Points staff will welcome you on arrival at Kochi International Airport and lodge you at your holiday accommodation on day one of your Kerala Holiday Package. In the afternoon, proceed for sightseeing of Cochin. Cochin or Kochi is a palm fringed commercial town of Kerala. It consists of mainland of Ernakulam, Mattancherry, Fort Cohin and three islands. Main attractions of Cochin are Mattancherry Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Willingdon Island, Chinese Fishing Nets, Bolghatty Palace and Museum of Kerala History. Mattancherry Palace and Fort Cochin draw a large number of visitors to Cochin. Mattancherry Palace, also known as Dutch Palace was built by Portuguese in 1555 AD. The fort has some lively displays of the costumes worn by royal family as well as palanquins. Willingdon Island is a man-made island. It houses Southern Naval Command Headquarters, Custom House and India Tourist Office. Jewish Synagogue has hand painted tiles and houses copper plates with the Great Scroll of the Old Testament. Day 02 of Kerala Tour Packages
Munnar
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing of Vazachal waterfalls, elephant sanctuary and Athirampally on day two of your Kerala tour packages. Vazachal Waterfalls provide a perfect resting point for the visitors during their hectic Kerala tour packages itinerary. The waterfalls are located at the edge of Sholayar forest range. The cool, misty and cascading waters in the backdrop of dense green forest provide a great view to the onlookers. Athirappally waterfalls are located at the entrance of Sholayar ranges, about 80 kms from Cochin. The 80 feet high water falls are a popular picnic spot for locals and tourists alike. Day 03 of Kerala Tour Packages
Munnar
Visit Sree Krishna temple before breakfast. After breakfast, proceed for Munnar and sightseeing of the city. The temple is located at Guruvayoor, the popular pilgrimage centre. The temple faces east and its sanctum can be viewed from the entrance itself. A series of worship services are conducted throughout the day and the temple is thronged by visitors every day. Aadi Shankaracharya is believed to have started worship protocol in the temple. Nirmalya Darisanam worship ceremony is conducted in the temple in pre-dawn hours. Annual Mandala Ulsavam festival is held in the temple for a period of 41 days towards the end of each year. Devotees pay obeisance to the deities of the temple and the celebrations are concluded with elephant race. Devotees believe that worshipping in the temple will relieve them of chronic body ailments. Legend had it that preceptor of gods (Brihaspati) and wind god Vaayu established the temple with their divine powers.

Day 04 of Kerala Tour Packages
Munnar
Spend your day out at Munnar visiting Devikulam, Pothamedu, Pallivasal, Mattupetty and Echo-Point on the fourth day of your tour packages to Kerala. Munnar is a cool green paradise in otherwise sunny Kerala. The hill station has some of the finest tea gardens of Kerala. Munnar is located at a height of 1600 meters from sea level. Day 05 of Kerala Tour Packages
Thekkady
Depart for Idukki Dam in Thekkady in early morning. You Kerala tour packages also includes visit to tea – cardamom plantation area in the evening. The picturesque Idukki dam has a height of 560 feet and length of about 1500 feet. The dam holds the coveted title of biggest arch dam in Asia. Periyar, Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary
Spend the e day exploring Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Murikady and Pandikuzhy. Enjoy boat ride in the quaint waters of Periyar Lake on sixth day of your Kerala holiday package. Set in the ranges of Western Ghats, Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve is very popular among wildlife lovers. The sanctuary houses 40 tigers besides a variety of animal species like barking deer, sambar, wild dogs, elephants, langoors and mouse deer. Day 08 of Kerala Holiday Package
Alleppey
Breakfast will be served in a houseboat on eighth day of your tour packages to Kerala. Thereafter, proceed to Alleppey. Enroute will be narrow canals, paddy fields, coir villages and coconut lagoons. Day 11 of Kerala Holiday Package
Kanyakumari
Watch sunrise in early morning and visit Vivekananda Rock, Kanyakumari Temple and Gandhi Rock. Vivekanand Rock Memorial is located at the convergence of Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea. The memorial stands atop two rocks that are separated by a distance of 500 meters. It was constructed in 1970. Swami Vivekananda was inspired by this location and meditated here for long. The memorial has a mediation hall which is open for all. The memorial is 200 meters into the sea and could be reached by a boat. Gandhi Rock is a memorial for Mahatma Gandhi.
