We have representatives in each country and directors that manage our operations. Once your booking is approved, they contact the hotels & activity providers to book for you.
The first step is to contact us and give us information about your trip; for example, how many days you have, to which place are flying to, whether you like standard or lux hotels, how many travelers are there with you .....etc.
Our representative receive your message and consequently design a plan for you. you check it and if you are satisfied, you book it. If not, they make adjustment until it fills your requirement.
Once you approve the itinerary, you make a deposit to confirm the reservation. Our representatives start immediately booking the hotels and assign the car, the driver, and the guides for you;
