Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater are among the famous World heritage sites. The former is one of the most notable parks in Africa, known for its annual migration of animals, especially zebra and wildebeest, and the latter is considered the largest unbroken volcanic crater in the world, known for its great scenery and landscapes. This 3 Days Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater Safari will take you to experience these two fascinating and magnificent sites. The first two days of the tour will be a game viewing in Serengeti and the third day will take you to enjoy the natural views of Ngorongoro crater.

Why Visiting Tanzania?

Simply because it has a bit of everything.

If you are a holidaymaker who loves nature, you can visit any of the 16 national parks and 14 animal reserves that cover 30% of  Tanzania’s land.

If you love animals, the wonderful country of Tanzania is globally known for its high concentration of wildlife; more than 4 million wild animals live in this beautiful country. Some of the famous creatures you can find here are the Big 5 (rhinoceros, lions, buffalos, elephants, and leopards). You can also see different animals and birds.

If you love beaches and the sea, The Zanzibar Archipelago is the right place for you. It is well known for its clear turquoise water and fascinating sandbars.

If you love trekking and hiking, Tanzania offers you the highest peak in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, which is also the highest single stand-alone mountain in the world.

the 3 Days Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari we offer here can take you to visit the wildlife of Tanzania just like other tours available on our websites including:  Tanzania Itinerary 10 Days and 8 Days Lemosho Route.

When is the best time to go to Tanzania?

The best time to go to Tanzania differs from one holidaymaker to another, but if you want to view the wildlife at its best, you have to visit the country in one of the dry season months, that is from June to October. Serengeti wildebeest migration usually takes place during June and July. Western and Southern parks are most visited during this season, while northern parks are visited throughout the year.

Also, during the dry season, you can easily spot animals as they gather around rivers, lakes, and waterholes in general. Insects such as mosquitoes decrease in this season because there is almost no rain. Moreover, the weather gets much more beautiful in this season, the sky becomes clear, and the days are typically sunny. The only drawback of this season is that nights and mornings are cold, so you should bring some warm clothes with you.

You can also visit Tanzania in the wet season. The parks become more fascinating and offer their visitors gorgeous green scenery and landscapes, as well as low rates and fewer tourists. If you are a bird watcher, you might consider visiting during this season. Most migratory birds move at this time of the year.

The only drawback of this season is the less wildlife to see in some parks, such as Ruaha, Katavi, Nyerere, and Tarangire, so if you intend to visit any of these parks for wildlife viewing, you should do so during Dry season.

3 Days Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari is available in both seasons, you can book it whenever you want.

You can try Lemosho Route 7 Days and 6 Days Machame Route if you are looking for a change. These two tours will take you on an adventurous hiking and trekking journey in Kilimanjaro.
